HOW DOES OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK?
Os atendimentos sempre acontecem por marcação prévia, no local, dia e hora escolhidos. As sessões podem durar entre 60 e 90 minutos e todas as massagens podem ser relaxante ou terapêutica.
Na massagem utilizo de óleos vegetais e óleos essenciais em todo o corpo, mas NÃO em zonas íntimas.
O objetivo do atendimento é tratar dores musculares, reduzir o estresse, insônia, ansiedade e outros tipos de desconforto e também proporcionar mais disposição e saúde.
Appointments are always made in advance for the location, date, and time of your choice. Sessions can last between 60 and 90 minutes, and all massages can be either relaxing or therapeutic.
During the massage, I use vegetable oils and essential oils on the entire body, but NOT on intimate areas.
The goal of the session is to treat muscle pain, reduce stress, insomnia, anxiety, and other types of discomfort, as well as to boost energy and improve health.

I'm Stefania Nogueira, I'm from Brazil, but I've been living in Portugal since 2018.
I am formed by at Inst. for Inner Studies (pranic healing) e on Inst. of Traditional Medicine in Portugal and the Ekanta Institute in Brazil e student of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrative Therapies. Currently_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-1 36bad5cf58d_I offer massage services, healing pranic therapy, aromatherapy, crystal therapy and ear acupuncture.
My goal is to treat people's discomfort and also encourage them to take more care of their physical, emotional and mental health. And who want to prevent diseases by seeking better food and healthier leisure and rest practices to live a life with more gratitude, respect and love.
