DO IN MASSAGE
Do-in é uma técnica de massagem da Medicina Tradicional Chinesa que utiliza a pressão dos dedos e mãos em pontos espalhados pelo corpo, chamados meridianos, para tratar tensão do corpo e relaxar a mente.
Do-in is a massage technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses pressure from the fingers and hands on points throughout the body, known as meridians, to relieve physical tension and relax the mind.

Massagem Do in combinada com a acupuntura auricular, com aplicação de Stiper ou micro esferas (sementes ou compostos de prata e ouro) para tratar sintomas recorrentes, sem dor e sem agulhas.

HOW DOES OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK?
Os atendimentos sempre acontecem por marcação prévia, no local, dia e hora escolhidos. As sessões podem durar entre 60 e 90 minutos e todas as massagens podem ser relaxante ou terapêutica.
Na massagem utilizo de óleos vegetais e óleos essenciais em todo o corpo, mas NÃO em zonas íntimas.
O objetivo do atendimento é tratar dores musculares, reduzir o estresse, insônia, ansiedade e outros tipos de desconforto e também proporcionar mais disposição e saúde.
Appointments are always made in advance for the location, date, and time of your choice. Sessions can last between 60 and 90 minutes, and all massages can be either relaxing or therapeutic.
During the massage, I use vegetable oils and essential oils on the entire body, but NOT on intimate areas.
The goal of the session is to treat muscle pain, reduce stress, insomnia, anxiety, and other types of discomfort, as well as to boost energy and improve health.

Sou Stefania Regis Nogueira e a minha jornada é feita de escuta, organização e cuidado. Durante 12 anos, atuei como produtora executiva no cinema brasileiro, colaborando com grandes produtoras como a O2 Filmes e a Gullane (Que horas ela volta 2015), e com realizadores de renome como Gabriel Mascaro (Ventos de Agosto 2013). Em 2018, após apresentar o filme "Superpina" no Festival Queer Lisboa, decidi transitar da agitação dos ecrãs para a serenidade das artes curativas.
Hoje, em Portugal, dedico-me a ajudar as pessoas a recuperarem o seu equilíbrio físico e emocional. O meu trabalho é uma síntese de rigor técnico e sensibilidade energética. Sou certificada em Cura Prânica (Nível Avançado e Psicoterapia), Acupuntura Auricular sem agulhas e no inovador Método Cristalys (por Márcia Barreto) — uma terapia que utiliza a vibração dos cristais para a harmonização profunda do ser.

I am Stefania Regis Nogueira, and my journey is defined by deep listening, organization, and care. For 12 years, I worked as an executive producer in Brazilian cinema, collaborating with major production companies such as O2 Filmes and Gullane, and renowned directors like Gabriel Mascaro. In 2018, after presenting the film "Superpina" at the Queer Lisboa Festival, I decided to transition from the fast-paced world of cinema to the serenity of the healing arts.
Today, in Portugal, I am dedicated to helping people restore their physical and emotional balance. My work is a synthesis of technical precision and energetic sensitivity. I am certified in Pranic Healing (Advanced and Psychotherapy levels), Needle-free Auriculotherapy, and the innovative Cristalys Method (by Márcia Barreto) — a therapy that uses crystal vibration for deep harmonization.

I am Stefania Nogueira, a Pranic Massage therapist and I will be in Deventer from January 26 to February 14 for a winter season. I would like to invite you to experience Pranic Massage, an energy therapy combined with body massage that will give you more vitality and relief from physical, mental, and emotional discomfort. In the session, we go beyond physical pain and seek to find the somatic root. In pranic healing, we know that what affects the physical body impacts the bioenergetic body of the being and that stress and strong emotions will create discomfort in the physical body.
During the session, you will receive a body massage with vegetable and essential oils and the application of pranic healing, which, through the imposition of hands at a certain distance, cleanses and energizes with prana, the auric field, and the energy centers—the chakras. The results are surprising, from immediate relief in the body, a feeling of inner peace, to more willpower and disposition.
Founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is credited with the development of an energy healing system using more effectively and efficiently prana or ki, which is the life force that keeps the body alive. Albeit a trained Chemical Engineer and successful businessman, he spent more than 30 years researching and studying literature and books on esoteric sciences, examining and sorting through their various healing techniques, and eventually developing the concepts, principles, techniques, and practical applications of Pranic Healing as it is widely known today.
